Mike just left our house. We ended up spending more than we thought we would but he was professional and fixed everything. I would recommend Precision to anyone. And everything has a lifetime warranty. And Mike was so great!
This company is rip off. They would not tell me price before hand. When the technician arrived he wanted to charge me what others wanted to charge $115. I asked the call center to call ahead before coming the technician came without calling me first when I told him I was not ready for him he wanted $49 just to swing by. Stay away from this company.
Quote over the phone was $75 - $165 per spring which includes the labor. $50 service would be waived if I spend over $100. I was expecting a total cost of between $150 - $330. Technician Vic arrived and said the springs would be $195 each and another $125 for the labor plus an additional $50. He would not do the work unless he also replaced a pair of bearings for another $190. Total cost $755 and Vic was still suggesting more work to be done. Classic bait and switch scheme.
