RecommendedDarrin from Precision Door made a service call to my house yesterday to fix a flashing remote and reprogram two others. He quickly fixed the flashing one but the other two just wouldn’t work. He thought for a minute and came up with a different solution that worked! Darrin is a problem solver even on the small jobs that mean something to the owner. He kept trying and found a solution. Great customer service! I highly recommend him. In fact, I have already recommended him to a friend.

Precision did a great job. I called at 9am, the technician called me at the designated time to let me know he was on the way. A photo of him and his name were included in a text to me. Couldn't have gone more smoothly and parts are also warenteed. Thank-you for a positive experience.
There’s no need to call the rest when you can call the best! I just had two new doors and openers installed. Steve and his crew are professional and prideful with their work. I could not get a person to answer at a local garage door shop so I called Precision and immediately revived an answer. They were willing to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis arrived and Installed a new belt door opener in less than 2 hours. He also connected the Garage door opener to the car’s automatic system for us! I am very satisfied with this company and their staff .
Such a positive experience Steve, Will and Nathan were awesome! Diagnosed the problems and made a game plan to fix the problems at a reasonable price and then executed the plan flawlessly on time and as promised! Now I have a "Garage guy" when asked!
