They were prompt and efficient. They told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate immediately. Got the work done in 45 minutes and checked everything out. Would highly recommend them.
Not a good experience! I was told they wouldn’t be able to tell me over the phone if my garage door was compatible with a Genie Aladdin…they would have to send someone out to look at it which would cost $69.95, just to tell me, even if it wasn’t compatible. I called another garage door company and they were MUCH more helpful AND at no cost! Would not recommend!
