Fast service…. Both springs snapped on my door. Called and they were out the next day in the morning. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. VERY PRICEY for the work that was done. Longevity of parts remains to be determined. Overall good experience.

Would not recommend. Garage door spring broke just under a year ago. Paid for the top level rebuild. Less than a year later garage door was not working properly. Had a technician come back. The wrong size springs were installed with the original rebuild. Fixed everything under warranty and talked me into new weather stripping on the bottom of the door. After completion of the warranty and $375 for new weather stripping. Upon inspection of the weather stripping they used it is no different than what is available on Amazon for... read more
