I just wanted a key pad replaced. The technician advised that it included a 25 point inspection. Are we thankful he did. The chain was loose and way out of adjustment. Everything needed to be lubricated and the springs will need replacing. A huge shout out to our very thorough technician. Super friendly and professional. We would highly recommend him.
