Easy experience! Called with a garage door issue and was immediately set up with an appointment the next day. The technician arrived during the stated timeframe and I received both a text message and email shortly prior to arrival. Issue was diagnosed, repaired, and the service was completed in less than 2 hours. Excellent service!
They were able to come out on Labor Day weekend and fix our garage door. All the other places I called told me they couldn't come out till Tues. Chris our technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fix the door in a short amount of time. We will definitely use them in the future..
Extremely pleased with our visit from Precision. Hunter was awesome! Made the repair on the door quickly and even lubricated both garage doors when he finished the repair. Very impressed. Will not call anyone else in the future. Ask for Hunter if you call them!
