Customer was told his opener was non compliant with UL325. We are not allowed to work on non compliant openers we will replace with compliant opener. Obviously didn't like the options.
You should waive the service fee if repairs are completed. You should also list the part and labor price separately. Extremely expensive for a 20 minute repair. Should have just bought a new opener.
