Tyler and his staff are top notch, they go above and beyond in helping u get back on the road, I cant say enough about these awsome folks and will definitely go back for future issues even tho it's almost 2 hr drive for me, keep up the great friendly service you all. 5 stars here
Dropped off my diesel truck because it would not start if the temperatures were below 50°. They discovered the block heater cord was bad. They quickly replaced my cord. They tested my glow plugs and relay and they said they were working just fine. The truck still would not start if the temperature was below 50° and less it was plugged in. Mr. Durbin, 7.3 Powerstrokes are well known to be hard to start in the cold. The quickest, easiest, and most cost effective way to test glow plugs is with a scanner. Although this method of testing may not have been accurate in your case, it is in the greater majority of similar cases. If no problems are found with a scanner via the glow plug test we have no reason to pursue further diagnosis and run up a customers bill. Don’t trust these guys with your truck. A few months ago I took them my truck with a no start issue. The owner called me and said after inspecting oil filter it had metal shavings and needed a high pressure oil pump. Gave me a price of 2500 plus could be more if it had damaged injectors.
