Customer service was terrible. I called for an appointment to see Moises, and the gentleman I spoke to told me no appointment necessary, to come on down. I did, and the ladies out from told me Moises is very busy and doesn't see customers. It would have been nice if the man on the phone had told me that. I would not have wasted my time. I don't feel it's too much to ask to actually want to speak with the jeweler before I leave something with them. 5 stars all the way! Candy, Mo, Victor and everyone who works there are incredible! They dont push you to buy out of your budget they listen to you and actually reccomend things based on what your trying to do! They give honest feed back and help you figure out what you as the customer will be happy with. They spend their time with you and do in house repair! I dont like my stuff being sent around town these guys do it all there! I've recommended them time and again and will continue to do so.
I'm so happy with the repair of my wedding wing. A diamond fell out (luckily I found it!), another prong was broken, and they didn't charge a fortune to fix it!
Just had the best experience here! I needed a watch sized. I used to go to Sears before it closed, so this was my first time coming here. I was greeted with smiling faces, and was helped right away. Watch was sized within minutes. I expected to pay a similar price that I was used to: about $20. Instead, they did not want payment, and instead just asked for a $5 - $10 donation to their charity of the month. Amazing!!! I was so surprised.
