Staff was polite and wonderful to my mom who came in for a consultation. The doctor was another matter entirely. He barely spoke to her or made eye contact, was very brusque and abrupt, and after only eyeballing the her cyst, said “there’s only one way this is coming out, when do you want to do it?” He walked out before she could answer. We decided to go with another dermatologist for her procedure, who was simply wonderful.
