They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment(s) were mostly pointless--my time was not respected or valued. I was frequently kept waiting for long periods of time. What was supposed to be accomplished in 3 visits is still dragging on after 3 months and I still don't have dentures that fit.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but didn't go out of the way to help me. I felt like my needs were almost met, and there was no extra effort. First my denture took a week longer to receive, then there was a problem with it, it did not fit right. I wast sent me home with it anyway,it was suggested that I learn to live with it. I had to return it because it cause me pain, and I could not eat.
