Excellent experience and great office staff! Review title says it all!
Dental Cleaning Experience and Exam Steve is excellent. Very thorough, professional and competent. Always checked to see how I was doing during the Cleaning. Dr. Shepherd was excellent for the exam. He thoroughly examined my teeth and entire mouth. He explained the work to be done and why. The scheduler and financial assistant was very helpful in explaining the charges and was willing to contact the insurance companies to understand their payment policies. Thank you for a great experience.

Could not have been happier with my experience!! I arrived an hour before closing without an appointment after my crown broke off with most of my tooth. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and encouraged me to wait to see if I could be seen. Dr. Tom was amazing!! He carefully explained my options and then stayed an hour and a half past closing hours to complete the procedures (pulling out my tooth and doing a socket graft). He is a true professional.
