Fantastic! I had an amazing first visit to see Dr. Scott Shepard! The front office staff got me in immediately because I was in horrible pain. Dr. Shepard diagnosed the problem, not only gave me a referral for an endodontist, but had his assistant make the appointment. Then they gave me the Rx that I needed, and I was on my way. They are so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!!!!!
