Kim is very unprofessional. She has no interpersonal skills by any means. She spoke to my boss earlier today, who has clinical OCD and an anxiety disorder, and told my boss she has a hibitual problem. One that was uncalled for and unprofessional and two that’s none of her business. If the Doctor blocks out time for an individual to have work done, and someone calls to say they are running behind. I highly recommend Dr. Stacy Ochoa and her team. I have known Dr. Ochoa for over 10 years and know she puts her patients first every time. Her and her team have what I call a “servants heart.” They will jump through hoops to help you get orally well from dental caries, periodontal disease, sleep apnea and other dental related illnesses. She chooses to participate with many insurance companies as a contracted dentist which means she can not charge the standard usual and customary fee for many services. The people here are all very friendly and make you feel at home. However, I believe their overall priority is NOT the best interest of their patients, but rather, how much money they can make off of you and/or your insurance company. I was a patient here for years and underwent several procedures that were not only costly and painful, but after getting second opinions (after the fact, unfortunately), I discovered they were all completely unnecessary! My friend had a terrible experience here. Not treated right, pain, and way over billed. Left the place crying.
From the first phone call (I called when they were closed, figured they would call back the next day. I got a call back in 10 minutes) they all were kind, friendly, and informative. They all had very happy attitude. When Dr. Ochoa came in I saw were everyone got there friendly attitude. She knew what she was talking about. And she explained the info in a language I could understand. Now I won’t fight going to the dentist. The work still can be a “pain” that’s just part of the visit. But happy faces make it feel better.
