The dentist was great~even though she did very little of the actual work~techs did most, the techs were okay. Their billing department is horrible. I was given a quote paid up front for services~paid in full before services~ then 2 months later get a nearly $200 bill from them for a service they knew I would have more out of pocket for but failed to put it on my "quote". When I questioned them they were rude and I was told "well you signed that you will be responsible for anything not covered". And my favorite line from them... read more

What your insurance company did is called "Downgrading a procedure" a strategy we cannot predict.a strategy for them to pay out less and pass the difference on to the patient. We have no control over what they do after they receive the claim. It's just as frustrating for us..because we cannot ever give an "exact" quote to a patient for any procedure if insurance companies are involved. have been going here for years and have referred people. Now they want you to put 20% down just to make any sort of appointment! Absolutely ridiculous!
