Very friendly office staff. I liked that I got right in and was ready to leave early. The doctor came in quickly and he checked the inside of my mouth and tongue.

I normally do not give 5 star ratings as there always is room for improvement but I cannot think of any for Matt Niewald and his staff constantly makes it a pleasure to to visit.

Once Dr. Niewald got to me the visit went gre... Once Dr. Niewald got to me the visit went great. But, I feel he took too long to get to me. The visit could have been about 45 minutes shorter. I do realize that I needed a second novacaine shot, but it didn't take that long to take effect. I spent too much time in the chair without any treatment of some sort.
