Precision Decks completed this roof deck and pilot house six months ago and I haven't had any problems at all since then. I called Precision Decks for an estimate on 9/11/23, Dan came to take measurements on 9/18/23 and got me the estimate by 9/27/23, Construction began around April 2024 and finished around 6/21/24. Through the entire process it was a pleasure to communicate with Dan and Chelsea. If you’re looking to add or remodel a current deck, Precision Decks should be your choice. As someone who has never hired contractors before, I was quite nervous about the whole process. Dan came and gave us a proposal for what we originally wanted. It was much more construction and cost than we had budgeted for, and my husband came up with another design. From the initial consult to the final inspection, Precision Decks and Remodeling was flawless. Their design, communication, and workmanship are remarkable. Even when there was an unexpected delay, they quickly provided me with several options that kept my project on track and on budget. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them. In my experience, Precision Decks and Remodeling is the gold standard.
I highly recommend Precision Decks! Dan and his whole team are amazing! I live in an old rowhome in Philadelphia and had no roof access. Precision Decks built me a pilot house and roof deck exactly as I had envisioned! Dan and Chelsea set clear expectations, delivered on their promises, and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They take real pride in their work and have great attention to detail. I would use them in the future for any other home projects.
