5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Not satisfied with Liberty Mutual not allowing body shop to fully repair the damaged paint on the side left mirror. The mirror hit the other vehicle and was damaged. My insurance rate has increase because of this accident and my vehicle was not approved to be fully repaired. Not happy with Liberty Mutual, but the shop did the best it could do. 5 Star : Customer Service
