They are friendly and work with any busy work schedule. I called them early in the morning and was able to get in that same day. I was able to have full movement of my neck afterwards. I have used them before for correcting my TMJ. It was awesome not to have the locking feeling in my jaw. I feel like a friend and not a patient.
