This manufacturer does NOT honor their warranties. They blow off customers and the dealers that sell for them. They won't answer the phone or reply to any emails. There have been several dangerous and costly manufacture defects with these trailers. This is not a reputable company to buy from.
I bought a 7x14 enclosed trailer built by this company and I regret it every day I pull it to work. First, I’m driving down the highway and one of the tires gets completely shredded by the trim at the bottom of the trailer which was not secured properly. I still have not received money back for the tire I had to buy to get my trailer back on the road. Trailor side started cracking after a couple of months. I have been trying to get them to repair it ever sense and they just keep coming up with excuses of why they can't. They said that they would come to me because I'm 3 and a 1/2 hours away but then they started making excuses of why they cannot do that now.
