I brought them my vehicle to quote a repair. After I was quoted and told it would be in the shop for a week I set up the appointment two weeks out. When I brought them the vehicle they took it and never said anything was going to be different. After a week I called to see the progress and was told they were still waiting on parts and that it could be there for another two weeks.
