Went to get my car checked out after it was making some odd noises, ended up getting a quote for parts and labor of ~14k to fix it, which was still going to use very used parts with zero warranty. In the late afternoon on a Sunday, my motorcycle got a flat tire at the foot of the Grapevine headed home from a road trip. Scott was the ONLY tow truck driver in the area that did not decline AAAs request for a tow, and he is my hero! He was friendly and efficient through the entire process of loading. I felt confident my bike was in good hands, and am SO thankful for his help getting my bike home safe.
