Erin at the counter was very helpful with parts research, scheduling, & billing. Mike was exceptional with his thoroughness & attention to detail. Mike practiced old school troubleshooting teqnique and went beyond just trusting what a computer was telling him. Overall a superior experience & I would recommend to any one of my friends & family to take their automotive problems there to be resolved. Precision Auto Werks made the local BMW dealer look foolish and just plain predatory. My BMW 645ci is running better than ever!
