SCAMMED and LIKELY TAKING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT! Corrupt & awful owner! New shop verified that sludge was put on the radiator for my BMW, and the hose does not fit into it, saying that likely they put in the WRONG radiator.... Paid over $750 to fix a COOLANT LEAK for 3 parts, 2 times, and STILL have a leak! It's as if they were trying to cover up that they put in the wrong one. **Will get pictures! By far, the best mechanic on the planet! I've owned a lot of cars, but my passion for driving a BMW can be quite expensive when they need to be worked on. Being a single gal will often bring out the "Oh, I can take this chick to the cleaners & she wouldn't even notice" attitude at a lot of shops. Mike is ALWAYS thinking of my safety first, which I feel is admirable in itself. Him & Erin are the real deal & will forever be my "go to" shop.
They did a great job replacing my rear wheel bearing and charged a great price that couldn't be argued with.
They were fantastic! 5 stars all the way.. honest & fair with top quality work!
The guys worked late to make sure my wife's x5 was finished and they charged a fair price. This is my second experience with them and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks agian guys.
