We checked the car out last week and it was leaking from the pipe, I called toyota and they had to ship it in and that was the delay. I'm sorry you are unhappy but I even told your husband I would credit the money back on the pipe and he said it was ok that he would sell it on ebay. Your husband asked me what was wrong with it and I thought it probably was rust pitted but I originally found the problem 3 months ago when we were doing the water pump so it is my fault that I didn't remember. Went to two other shops to have emissions test done, with a toddler. They either didn't have anybody to do it or I sat at the desk for 10 minutes waiting to be help. Walked into precision and they got me right in and even had a play room for my son! Great first experience
