Excellent customer service at Precision Auto Group – they were friendly, attentive and made sure I was completely satisfied with my repair!
It is my first time to do polishing for my car at this shop after some scratches and black marks. Trei is very kind and excellent, he and his team did an amazing job very efficiently. It only took around 10mins for changing my car to a brand new one. I was really amazed by them. I am so happy to fix my car here and Thank you so much.
My first time at a repair shop (hopefully the last). From the initial visit, to the drop off to the pick up, every person was professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I really felt comfortable in leaving my car with them. Each step of the way I was kept in the loop and this added to the transparency of the company. I highly recommend the boys at Deer Park to anyone that needs any repairs or any body work.
I was involved my first major car accident (not at fault) and didn't confidently know how to proceed. The team at Precision Auto Group swooped in and were incredible the whole way through. They made what is typically a stressful process into a fully supported, straightforward experience. Being a young woman, there can sometimes be an added layer of hesitance when going to a mechanic/body shop but that was not present here. Trei and his team has been great with handling communication with me as well as chasing up and following through with the person at fault, making sure I'm treated with good customer service. My car has been fixed and restored, and they even went beyond that. Very happy, highly recommend Precision Auto Group to anyone and will be coming back in the future.
