I brought my car in to have some work done and waited in the office while it was being completed. The owner and staff at Precision Auto Group are absolutely amazing and lovely. The service was incredibly quick, professional and efficient, the staff kept checking in with updates on how the work was going. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these guys are honest, friendly and clearly care about their customers. I highly recommend Precision Auto Group to anyone needing car work done. I had my Nissan Qashqai’s bumper paint peeling issue repaired by Precision Auto Group in Ravenhall,Terri , lucas & their Team did an amazing job! They quoted me for a repair but ended up replacing the entire bumper at the same price. No extra charge, Very efficient, honest, and reasonably priced service. I cannot thank Precision Auto enough for the work they did on my car. I had some damage on the rear passenger door and bonnet and they did an amazing job to bring it back to new again. Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lucas's was able to help diagnose my cars fault and fix it up quickly. Would absolutely come back to fix any other issues.
