They sold me 2 defective windshield. Both had the exact same stress crack appear after sitting in basically empty parking lot at work, 2 weeks apart. They warranty replaced the first one, but wouldnt the 2nd. They had the exact same issue, single crack starting from top passenger side thru middle of window. The technician was very professional and efficient. He did a great job on my car and I have a glass roof. I have used Precision in the past for another car and was pleased before so when it comes to auto glass replacement this is the company to call.
