Absolutely ridiculous, if I could give a negative star I would. Took a van in for a balancing. When I left it still shook, but a little less. I found a strip of weights in my driveway after parking a few minutes later. They put the strip back on when I returned, said something about brake clearance, and said I was ok. We went on a trip out of town, and it began to shake even worse. When we got home we went to the Goodyear close by, and the tech there immediately spotted a huge bubble in the front tire. Always clean, quick and friendly service. Nick and Carol are the most wonderful people I know. Always doing for others and I trust them beyond words. My family uses them and we drive from Little River SC. Nick gave my son an opportunity that no one else would. He helped get him out in the public work force. He had to wash the trucks and if the beds were not clean her would have to wash them again. Taught my son to be proud if his work, and gave him the push he needed.
