I grew up in this area, and I can tell horror stories for days about taking a car to get an oil change or any other maintenance done, and leaving with car issues that didn't exist before, as well as dangerously high blood pressure. Was able to get in without an appointment. Took no time at all to get out. You can watch your car being serviced while being in air conditioning.
Single female and have been coming here for years! Always friendly and accommodating. For someone like myself who travels A LOT for work and leisure, they always manage to be up front and honest on what work needs to be done to have a safe trip. Never pushy.
