Precision Aire was assigned to me to fix my A/C not blowing cold air. They came out twice, could not fix the problem. After leaving several messages on the techs' phones and leaving voicemails in their office, no reply after 4 days. I call my warranty company, they tell me that Precision Aire decided to close the ticket. They told the warranty company that they're not coming out a third time. Our temperature at the time was 100 degrees. I hope this will be helpful to whomever decides to work with this company.
Tremendous Thanks to Daniel, Stacy, & Precision Aire!! We've been without air/heat for multiple reasons. Daniel called when he was on his way; arrived within the expected time frame; was courteous, knowledgeable; was on the roof within 5 minutes of arriving; checked out our air/heating unit and resolved the problem. I first called Precision Aire to schedule appointment. I left a message and scheduled online. There were no available appointments online for the day and so I scheduled for the following day. Stacy soon called after I booked and called to say they had a cancellation today and they could get us in. I was so happy. The temperature was 105. Daniel called to let me know when he was on his way and he followed up with us when he completed the job. He explained what happened to our a/c unit and what he did to get it working again. ... read more

I would Highly recommend precision air they get here three days earlier than the competition and had my unit fixed in 15/20 minutes I was impressed the owner himself came out Daniel and very nice person very likable I would highly recommend them if you need service give them a call. Thanks Steve

My warranty company dispatched a different company, and it was a horrible experience: no show on appts, a contact number with no message capability and never an answer, job left incomplete, etc. So finding Precision Aire was a blessing. They cleaned up the mess the other company left. The work was done fast and with such professionalism, and the lines of communication were open and honest.
