Just had Brian come as my AC was not cooling. I should have known from my first impression to just pay the $69 and take a loss. He was too lazy to get a latter out of his truck and asked if I had one. Not good! Second, he didn't have a standard size filter. He checks everything out and says, you had ants in your units...fine and then he said you're low on coolent.....it's $100 for the first pound, then $90 after. 4 pounds later he comes in and I asked. From the first call to the last detail of the installation Precision Air exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered was very professional, well informed and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. An unforeseen issue arose shortly after installation, and as promised, they immediately responded, after hours, addressing and rectifying the issue. David Curtis was our service tech, he was friendly, courteous and gave great customer service. The quote was better then all of the other providers and I was happy with the results. I would recommend this company!
