Called two weeks ago bc my AC was not working. Did not receive a call back. Called this morning at 11:15am with an urgent matter, roof HVAC unit was leaking and coming through my ceiling. The person said she or one of her two other colleagues will call me back to see if they have a technician who is available. 4:30pm still ll no call back. I called and spoke to Sam. She told me the service call would be $395 and her next availability is in 3 weeks. Super unprofessional….

Precision Air Inc is an excellent company to deal with. Pricing was very competitive and the installation team went out of their way to protect our home as they did their work. We're very happy with our new central heating and air conditioning system. Michael, Marco, Jorge, Felipe and Eduardo are the best. Thanks guys.
