Eduard was very friendly and knowledgeable. After another contractor could not figure it out why our thermostat wasn’t getting power, we called Precision. Eduard figured out the issue quickly and was able to make the repair. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to call Precision again.
Marc defrosted our A/C and repaired the leak. Thanks to him we have cool air once again! Marc was friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the way he took the time to explain the problem and the steps for the repair. He kept me updated and was upfront about all costs. I feel like a more informed homeowner and it was easy to schedule this repair!
