Roberto and his team did a fantastic job repairing my roof, gutters, and installing gutter guards! I highly recommend working with him and his crew!
Roberto fixed the flashing issue on my roof and also gave great advice for future longevity of the roof. He was right on time, worked quickly and clearly communicated.
I highly recommend Precise Roofing. I had a roof issue which I needed to be addressed quickly because I was going to list my house. Precise responded within a day and quickly resolved the problem. The cost was very reasonable. They were also extremely easy to deal with. I will use Precise for any future roofing issues.
Roberto came by today when promised, he inspected and repaired popped nailheads on shingles, sealed flashing openings to prevent leaks, and also sealed three vent boots to prevent leaking from rainwater as well. I respect the fact that he took his time and carefully caulked each and every area which needed it for the agreed upfront price of $125. It's difficult to find people to do a professional and quality job these days so I was extremely pleased with the work performed today in a timely manner. 5 Stars*****
I am very satisfied with the quality of detail they took to fix my roof and their timeliness in getting the job done.
