Roberto came by today when promised, he inspected and repaired popped nailheads on shingles, sealed flashing openings to prevent leaks, and also sealed three vent boots to prevent leaking from rainwater as well. I respect the fact that he took his time and carefully caulked each and every area which needed it for the agreed upfront price of $125. It's difficult to find people to do a professional and quality job these days so I was extremely pleased with the work performed today in a timely manner. 5 Stars*****

This was a second opinion and there was no comparison on the detail and care he took versus the other roofing company’s inspection and quote. Roberto came out and did an very detailed inspection and report. He quoted a new roof and repairs that was so informative with details and choices for us. I could not imagine anyone else doing the roof replacement and repair.
