I do not recommend Precise Roofing. They do sloppy work. They are either dishonest or don't know their craft. They also don't follow through with their promise or guarantee. I regretfully allowed Precise Roofing to replace my roof. I wasn't having any issues but wanted to replace my roof before I had problems due to age.
