I called to request a quote. The receptionist was very nice and took my number. At that time I was told that they would get back to me in a week or so to make an appointment for the quote. About 12 days later I received a phone call but had no chance to get back to them yet. Today a man showed up unannounced without making an appointment and admonished my 79 year old mother that I should have at least called back. The team at Precise Pruning are professional and knowledgeable. The communication is top notch, and they took the time to discuss the goals of my project and explain all of my options. The arborists who came to site to complete the work did an excellent job, and left everything tidy in our yard. I highly recommend the team at Precise.
