From the initial phone call with Jennifer to the replacement of water heater in the attic, I have found my go-to guys for plumbing needs. Jennifer was extremely professional and likeable on our phone call with scheduling. Rich came out on-time with a courtesy call with ETA. Needed a few repairs that were part of a house inspection done and I was very impressed with the knowledge about plumbing codes and how quickly he did the repairs and even made sure to clean up well behind him. His pricing was also very reasonable and he went above and beyond to take care of all repairs, including trudging through hot attics several times. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing!!!
