Rich, owner of Precise Plumbing, is a fantastic plumber! He installed two 50 gallon water heaters in our house and his craftsmanship was excellent. He was also able to get my two gas lanterns on our front porch working. Other plumbers I met with concerning the lanterns told me they were shot and I just needed to bite the bullet and purchase two new lanterns at $709 each plus installation, which would have been well over $2,000 for the lanterns. A pleasant experience from phone call to arrival to completion. (Receptionist was excellent.) My septic pump/grinder was failing. Rather than wait for it to die and not be able to use any water in my house, my husband and I decided to replace the pump. Replacement was not cheap, but I can say Precise Plumbing's price was fair (neither too expensive nor suspiciously cheap).
