We have used Precise Home Watch for 3 years and have had a great experience. Whenever a problem has arisen, Leanne has either resolved the problem herself or notified us immediately if it’s something she can’t fix. Having somebody as trustworthy as Leanne to take care of our home while we’re away gives us a great peace of mind. I highly recommend this company!!!

Leanne managed our home this summer and she did an outstanding job. We have a very large home, lanai and yard so it needs a great deal of attention and care. Leanne managed all aspects of this project with precision and professional management. During the summer, our air conditioning broke and Leanne worked with the HVAC firm to fix the problem and restore cool air to our home. We have only positive things to say about her ability to manage a property.
