And, when issues arise, (like A/C failure, which she contacted us about) Leanne was there with the repair folks. Or the time I left my dress shoes in FL, but needed them for conference talks up north. Leanne found them, boxed and shipped them. Her digital systems reinforce our confidence in her. We count on Leanne!
