Precise did a great job ultimately and delivered a beautiful home for us. We knocked out a wall, did a balcony,put outside stamped concrete in, extended a room, put a new powder room in, redid the stairs, refloored the house, and closed in a room upstairs. We were very prompt with our payments and in return they stayed on schedule. Near the end we made our final payment even though there was more work to be done.
