For three consecutive years, I had my eye exam at this place and always trusted their service. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience due to the poor attention I received. My prescription turned out to be incorrect, as I was seeing blurry with the new lenses. When I returned to repeat the exam, I was told that my eye simply needed to “adjust” to the lenses, without much interest in further evaluating the situation. Dr. Won is hands down one of the best optometrists I have ever had. I have been going to her since I was a teenager and will drive all the way from Houston for my yearly visits because its not just about my checkup - she treats you like family! I am a general dentist and I'd say she is one of the people I have looked up to and I hope I can provide the same exceptional care to my patients the same way she does for hers!
It had been over 20 years since my last vision appointment and I was starting to have discomfort when working long hours on the computer. I was lucky to be recommended Dr. Won. Her staff verified all my info over the phone and booked me a convenient appointment time and I was able to come and get my exam. I have been getting my annual eye exams at Precise Family Eyecare, P.C., for several decades. Dr Won is absolutely the best doctor, with excellent communication and patient care. She is always prepared, knowing my prior visit and eye exam results, and spends the time needed to answer all questions. The office process and testing is very efficient, the pricing of this office is good, and it is conveniently located near the Katy Mills Mall area. Highly recommended for eyecare exams.
