You don’t receive calls back the same day even when you are having severe adverse reactions to new medications. ( Yes I know I could have went to the ER .) I had to call the next day to let them know I still hadn’t received a call ! When I was called back a voicemail was left saying one medication was being changed by the MD but I never actually got the chance to speak to her and explain my symptoms. Today still no call back or contact with a nurse / MD and this has been ongoing for 4 days. The front desk ladies that answer ... read more
