They were very quick to give me an estimate and follow up the next week to professionally clean my carpets. Also, they did an amazing job on my tile floor! The grout looked brand new!! I would highly recommend these guys they will not disappoint !
Picked my rugs up 2/6/24 returned them on 2/27/24 and I had to continuously call to get updates on their progress or when they would be delivered back to me as they had them for 3 weeks. Rugs looked as if they had not been cleaned at all, just vacuumed. I noticed no difference whatsoever from when they picked them up to when they brought them back. Cleaning my rugs myself with Dawn dish soap got them cleaner than they had “so called” cleaned them. Save your money and do it yourself. 0/10 would not recommend
Took the rugs of a friend to clean. Never returned them. Won't answer phone or return messages. A serious rip off.
