Picked my rugs up 2/6/24 returned them on 2/27/24 and I had to continuously call to get updates on their progress or when they would be delivered back to me as they had them for 3 weeks. Rugs looked as if they had not been cleaned at all, just vacuumed. I noticed no difference whatsoever from when they picked them up to when they brought them back. Cleaning my rugs myself with Dawn dish soap got them cleaner than they had “so called” cleaned them. Save your money and do it yourself. 0/10 would not recommend
Took the rugs of a friend to clean. Never returned them. Won't answer phone or return messages. A serious rip off.
Was looking for a local family owned business to clean our couches and area rug with good reviews. Came across Precise Carpet Cleaning and gave them a call. Left a message and got a return call in a timely manner and the quote was reasonable. As well as they were able to get us scheduled with out a long wait. I have children and I can say the end result was amazing. I can't even tell that I have had little ones that have stained them up previously. Thank you for the amazing job and friendly service.
I did NOT realize how dirty my rug was until I had it steam cleaned by Precise Carpet Cleaning. Very satisfied with the service, and extraordinarily quick, was in and out within 45 minutes! Thanks Darren!
My son referred their services and it was well worth it! by far the most reasonably priced, professional, personable, and excellent execution! They removed so many stain I tried to remove myself with both store bought products and home remedies. Thanks Darren and Donte!!!
