Had a great experience bringing my VW Jetta 2009 to Ian at Precise Auto in Woburn. He was responsive and informative over the phone. Was able to look at the car and diagnose the engine light problem right away. Did an amazing job on the repair and stayed in touch to let me know what the cost would be after looking at the car carefully. I wanted to find a reliable local auto repair shop for my Volkswagen. Precise Auto had a good review and I tried them out for several repairs and regular service. Each time the service became more and more expensive. The last service was just an oil change that Ian claimed he could do quickly. But when I showed up he wanted me to leave and give him time to do the service. When I said I was happy to wait, he suddenly pulled my car in and found that the car had serious problems and could not be driven. I was left to walk home ... read more
