I HIGHLY recommend Precise Auto Repair! Precise got our out-of-town vehicle fixed and back in the road on the Friday after Thanksgiving. You can tell that his word is as good as his handshake! Clean and organized shop. He billed the responsible business directly. If I lived near Novi, THIS is the place I’d go for repairs. We had new tires put on our vehicle two days before. Couldn’t say enough positive about this place! My husband had used them before a couple of times and had great experiences. Then came the day my Subaru started making a funky noise. I walked in and was nervous as I usually am because I know nothing about cars. They immediately greeted me, asked how my husband was doing, and let me know how the process was going to go.
