Brought my car in on Wednesday 3/04 for an oil leak issue, it was inspected the same day. Brett was awesome to work with, he brought me a lot of peace of mind during the process. They inspected the ENTIRE car for issues, not just the area I was having a problem with. I was provided with a full written diagnostics report with photos showing the issues they are seeing that needed immediate repair as well as things to key an eye on for possible future repairs. I want to start off by saying that am very dissatisfied with the service that I received earlier this week at this place. I called them on Monday and Brett answered the phone. I let him know that I wanted to bring my car in and that it had a few issues. He asked me about the issues but was very short with me and only allowed me to tell him 1 of the 3 issues I had. We've never had such wonderful and supportive service like this before. We brought in our minivan that was riddled with many problems, and they were so thorough, timely and respectful throughout the entire process. The owner and team members were incredibly productive in helping us understand the story of everything that was going on with our vehicle.
