I seriously do not write reviews. But I want to confirm that all these positive reviews others are saying are absolutely true. I have never experienced such amazing service at an auto shop, ever. Brett explained everything to me and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. He was kind, patient, and did what ever he could to save me money. My dead car is now driving beautifully. This is the only place I’ll be taking my car. I have so much gratitude for this shop. Thank you for everything.
This was my first time with Precise Auto and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent service and they transferred me back and forth. They showed me the parts that were damaged and a 5 page inspection report. They even work on your car at the scheduled appointment time. I’m extremely happy with this Auto shop. I strongly recommend going here!
So glad I found this place. I took my van in for an oil change and front end alignment along with some other minor things. They are really friendly, honest, and won't try to upsell you or say you need some unnecessary repair. Very reasonably priced too. They explained everything so I understood what was needed in the future as well. I'm a very happy camper. Definitely recommend getting your vehicle repairs done here.
