I had a very good experience with this home care facility when my sister was ill the home care nurse was never late and very professional in her care. She bath her and feed her and changed her often if there was an issue with her catheter and her stools. When I had to go out for a couple of hours during the day I never worried about her care. The owner and one of his aides rescued my family from an extremely unsettling emergency. From the initial panicked phone call to complete resolution of our issues, their efforts were above and beyond expectations. Their help was performed with sensitivity and professionalism. We are grateful we found them in our time of need.
I had a very positive experience with Mac and Esther from Precious Senior Home Care. My father was being discharged from the hospital after a fall and I was told I needed a 24/7 caregiver by his bedside when he returned to his assisted living facility. I called Mac on a Friday afternoon, and he was able to have someone lined up on stand-by in case my father was discharged over the weekend.
