They shaved my friend's Sheltie right down to this skin, after specifically being told NOT TO... Clearly these groomers are not familiar with different dog breeds and how to properly groom dogs. And even worse, the owner/manager has chosen to ignore my friend and not even give an apology or response. This place is shady and unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely horrible experience with them. Would not take my pet back there...ever. These people have no business running a pet grooming salon. ☹️

Came here without an appointment & they were able to take my Baby Bo. Explained to them what I wanted & they got it right! They did a great job! Staff is nice & friendly!
They have really good service I been coming here for over two years and I live in Ontario and go all the way over there
Ive taken my two dogs there i am so greatfull for them opening up so close to home. the groomers there are verry friendly and i could trust my children they come home happy playfull .so thanks paws & claws dont ever leave me ...lol
