Anthony, the boss of Precious Metal’s, took time out to examine the locks and within five minutes had diagnosed the problem. He sprayed both locks with a Wurth lubricant product and immediately the doors fastened smoothly, no more sound of colliding metal elements. Anthony shrugged his shoulders about payment and smiles and a handshake concluded the exercise.
