I phoned Precious Metal Panel Beating to ask whether someone would check the door closure of my car. Another panel beater was not interested! Anthony, the boss of Precious Metal’s, took time out to examine the locks and within five minutes had diagnosed the problem. He sprayed both locks with a Wurth lubricant product and immediately the doors fastened smoothly, no more sound of colliding metal elements. Anthony shrugged his shoulders about payment and smiles and a handshake concluded the exercise.
