I had an absolutely amazing experience with dress shopping, alterations and final pick up. I had a true "say yes to the dress" moment tears and all when I tried on the last dress of the day, per my consultants recommendation. the dress was different than everything else I tried on but they say you should always listen to the pros and it worked out! it was also convenient the shop has suits as my husband, his wedding party and my family all went through them for the suits. my only recommendation is have all guys go try on the... read more

I received excellent service at Precious Memories in Malden when choosing my bridal dress, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride dress. I found my dress on my first visit and the tailoring was down beautifully. The bridesmaid dresses were perfect and my bridesmaids looked amazing. My mother was ecstatic over her dress and again, the alterations to her dress were perfect. My mom and I went to look around on a whim . I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t think that I would decide on a dress so quickly , so went to precious memories to browse. This shop was recommended by a coworker and I took a look online and I loved the unique dresses they had so I booked an appointment! This was the first bridal shop I went to for my wedding dress and I have to say everyone was so so nice I worked with Daria and she was so nice and very patient and accommodating!!
