The basket delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. Also the card was not typed correctly. Really disappointed. Update : While I'm not any happier with arrangement . I do appreciate the response.

I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your order. This was sent to us from Teleflora Headquarters with permission to send similar in value. Since we do not carry potted roses nor do we have African violets we sent two blooming plants in a double basket. This order in our shop actually exceeds the value of what Teleflora gave us for the product.
