We are very impressed with the service and expertise that Mr. Patel and his team at Precious Fine Jewelry provide. The turnaround time on 2 items we had them repair was amazing and the advice he gave me on my solar powered Seiko watch fixed my problem at no cost. I am not comfortable dealing with the “Mall” jewelry stores and the fancy chain operations, as they have a lot of overhead to cover. I would recommend this business for it’s fair pricing, quality work and quick service.
I've been going to Precious Fine Jewelry for over 10 years and I always have a fantastic experience. One instance (of many) that stands out is when I wanted to modify my wedding and engagement rings. The engagement ring was my husband's grandmother's ring and I wanted to modify it enough so that it felt like it me, but without sacrificing too much of the integrity and style of the original ring.
