The detail and organization of the office staff need to improve. I had an appointment set up for the afternoon on Friday, March 6. When the office staff called to confirm the appointment two days prior, I asked if they had an appointment Earlier on Friday. The lady said they have one at 9 AM. I told her that would work perfectly. I received a call on Thursday asking if I was running behind for my appointment. The office staff has caused me to not be able to make my appointment. Excellent customer service! Our first interaction was an emergency for my 8 year old daughter and the on-call phone number was the dentist cell phone. He called bAck within a few minutes. He asked for pics via text to triage and put our minds at ease and scheduled an after hours visit the next day (Friday). He even called late that evening after the appt to check in on her. I have never liked going to the dentist,but I have to honestly say I love Dr. Trinh. He is wonderful. His office staff is great, too.
So glad I chose Precious Dental and Dr. Trinh. He and his staff are the best .I highly recommend Preciuos Dental if your looking for a good and reasonable dentist.
