This guy does NOT hire qualified electricians or plumbers and if he does he needs to FIRE THEM. Small details like not removing the trim by my sink to snug it to the wall? Every silicone job done has missing gaps, every screw is too tight on outlets, outlets are coming out of their places, i could go on and on.. Class A scam artists tryna make a buck off innocent people.
Devon looked at numerous houses with me 20+ if I had to eatimate . Houses go so quick in the area that I was looking but anytime I found one he for me in as soon as he could . Always honest about the homes would point out not only the good but the bad of the homes also . When I did finally find the home I purchased he walked me through every little detail and explained everything to me .I recommend him to all my friends and family and would only use Devon in the future .
